New Debian/[K]Ubuntu package from SVN that fixes crashes with new kernels

Hi folks!!

Migration of current Qt3 version of SWScanner to Qt4 is taking me more time than I expected, so after a lot of requests, I've created a new package from the last SVN commit. This package corrects the crashes happening with last kernels (since Ubuntu 7.10, and others).

This package should build without any problem in Debian/[K]Ubuntu (tested in Debian Sid and KUbuntu Hardy and Jaunty.

The new package is ready for my usual sponsor review, and will probably be uploaded to Debian repositories soon. It could be also uploaded to Ubuntu repositories if any Ubuntu developer wants.
